Cancellation Policy

Scheduling times are set for block scheduling. Customers can book at various times of business and will be notified prior to appointment time. Tech can arrive at any time within the block scheduled. In case of high volume customers will be notified ahead of time for delayed visit or rescheduling. A $49.00 service fee is attached to all service calls. If work is agreed upon then service fee is waived. If customer chooses to hold off on options provided, then service fee of $49 plus tax will be collected. Options are to be determined by tech during diagnosis. All pricing is flat rated including material and labor. All pricing is final and and payment is due upon completion of work. All work is guaranteed and meets all plumbing code requirements. Customers can cancel appointment at any time before technician arrives at residence or building. Cancellations are done via phone or online. Rescheduling of appointments can be done by phone or online. Appointments must first be canceled before they can be rescheduled.
