Customer agrees to service fee when booking appointment. Service fee includes diagnosis of all plumbing issues and providing estimates for repair. Service fee does not include altering existing plumbing system to determine diagnosis. Customer will be notified of further diagnosis of plumbing issues that may require altering the existing plumbing system. If needed, then advanced diagnostic fee will be presented to customer for approval. Once any work is approved other than the service fee, the service fee is then waived and customer only pays for repair. If customer selects to hold off of repair, then service fee will be charged for visit. ** Same day repairs are required for service fee to be waived.
